SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Shipping

We ship goods throughout the Czech Republic and also within selected countries of the European Union using PPL or GLS courier services.

For orders over 1000 CZK or 50 EUR, you have FREE shipping. For free of charge delivery is used Zásilkovna, GLS or Hermes pick up points.

Carriers and shipments

We send goods via courier service Zásilkovna, PPL or GLS - to pick-up points or to a selected address. We ship the goods within 5 working days after payment of the order and send you the invoice online. The selected shipping company will inform you about the delivery of the shipment by e-mail or SMS.

DOMESTIC TRANSPORT - CZECH REPUBLIC

Delivery to address by PPL or GLS courier service: 119 CZK
Delivery to a pick-up point with the selected service - Zásilkovna, PPL or GLS: CZK 79 or free of charge

INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT

Delivery to address by GLS courier service: 8,95 EUR
Delivery to a GLS Pick-up Point: 4,95 EUR or free of charge
We ship to selected EU countries (Belgium, Estonia, France, Croatia, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain)

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@endurobearings.cz. Please note that returns will need to be sent at your own expense to the following address: BICYCLECAFE, s.r.o. Žitomírská 39, Praha 10, 101 00, +420 732222223, with one of following courier service: PPL, DPD, or GLS. Items sent with different service will not be accepted. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges of the goods will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
